Early Intervention

Our early intervention services support infants and toddlers ages 7 months to 3 years through play-based, relationship-centered therapy. Sessions are held in natural environments like home or daycare and focus on building early communication skills through songs, play, and everyday moments that matter most to your family.

Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language therapy is provided in natural environments such as home, daycare, school, or through virtual sessions. Treatment may target areas including speech sound development, phonological processing, social-pragmatic skills, gestalt language processing/natural language acquisition, fluency, and early literacy, with services tailored to each child’s developmental profile and communication needs.

AAC Support

We support families through the process of obtaining an AAC system or speech-generating device (SGD) for their child. This includes collaborating with trusted third-party vendors and your insurance provider to help identify appropriate communication solutions, complete required documentation, and support successful device use across daily environments.

Our Mission

At Speak Play Create (SPC), we are a neuro-affirming practice that takes a holistic, whole-child approach to pediatric communication.

We support multimodal communication while considering each child’s development, regulation, sensory needs, family routines, and natural environments—so communication support is meaningful, functional, and connection-centered.

Our sessions take place in the child’s natural environments, including home, daycare, school, and virtual settings.
